Our harps are crafted at the Wood Sounds workshop in the UK and dispatched worldwide from our distribution centre in New York, USA.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before dispatch. Worldwide delivery is estimated at 7–9 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total of 12–16 business days from order to delivery. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, before you pay.
Customs and import fees
For orders inside the United States, we cover any customs charges.
For orders outside the United States, your country may charge import duties or taxes when the package arrives. These fees are set by your government, not by us, and they are your responsibility. We cannot predict the amount. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
