This is the largest harp in our black mahogany line. Twenty-nine strings give you the fullest range we build, with enough bass underneath your melody to play arrangements that simply will not fit on a smaller instrument.

Hand-crafted from solid mahogany and finished in matte black, it pairs a warm, resonant voice with a bold modern look. It is intended for players who have outgrown a lap harp and want a serious instrument for performance, accompaniment, and recording.

Who this harp is for

Choose the 29-string if you are performing, accompanying singers, or arranging music that needs a deep bass register. The extra strings sit mostly at the low end, which is where most players run out of room first.

If you are buying your first harp and mainly want to learn, a smaller model will serve you better and cost less.

How it compares

Our 27-string Black Mahogany is the same instrument in a slightly smaller frame. Fewer strings means less range but a lighter harp that is easier to carry. If you move your harp regularly, the 27 is worth considering.
